Request Rhonda to Speak
“I believe we all are made for relationships. Our relationship with our parents is our first one and shapes who we are forever”.
“I am dedicated to healthy relationships between you and your parents which is the key to revealing the best parent aging journey plan for them and you.”
“I can teach you how to create a parent relationship leading to co-creation of plan for the later years filled with peace of mind and no regrets.”
Rhonda speaks to groups of adults who need help in knowing how to make the right decisions for their aging parents. Because they have never been in this journey before, or dreamed they would be, they find themselves overwhelmed and clueless as to where to begin and what appropriate actions to take.
Even though everyone’s family is unique and comes with their own dynamics and personalities, she knows the steps of aging parent care and all the logistics of how to help them to age well on their terms. More importantly she teaches the relationship “shift” that is needed to effectively engage parents in conversations that get results opposed to push back and denial from ones parents.
In sharing action steps from her virtual courses: Relationship Restart and Plan together for the Best Aging Journey, adults gain clarity around what their aging parents want and need along with their cooperation in co-creation of a long term plan.
As a result of topical-designed, “conversation starters” and completion of the Aging Journey Action Plan workbook, families have acquired the real data around a parent’s:
- desires and wishes for the later years,
- their financial snapshot,
- the plan for their home and alternative living now and later,
- needs for personal and medical care,
- and how to honor their past with a plan for their possessions.
As a bonus the adults are able to regain their time and energy to focus on their life, kids, and career.
Relationships are important and are a big part of building the team adults need to navigate this journey with their parent with peace of mind and no regrets.
Rhonda has presented to groups of adults with aging parents at senior industry facilities, faith-based communities, and online in webinar format.

Unpack the overwhelming box of questions
“This training helps you unpack the overwhelming box of questions about how to help Mom and Dad through the end stages of life. The questions lead parents through an independent, though provoking series of thoughts that help manage fears and give dignity.”

“I am several years away from my mom needing care, but Rhonda gave me a great insight into talking with mom now so that in later years we have a plan.”
